I take pride in the quality of the items I made. All products are homesewn with love & made from selected material only. They are one of a kind & not created in mass. Rest assured of the exclusivity. My items do not come from factory, so there can be slight variances.

Ordering Information
* You may place your order in my ETSY store
* Alternatively, you may place your order via email .
   Do indicate Your Full Name, Shipping Address , Contact Number.

Payment
* I accept interbank GIRO, credit card & payment via Paypal
* Do let me know when you've made your payment. This is most important if you choose to bank in the payment via ATM.

Booking
* Only applicable for Malaysian. Booking Fee is RM50 & Non Refundable. Don't worry, I'm not trying to run away with you money. Just wanted to secure serious buyer only.

Shipping to Malaysia
* I'm currently ship via POSLAJU as this is the most reliable courier which I could trust.
* Shipping Rate is RM10 (WM) & RM15(EM) per item. With RM5 with any additional item.
* The item will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
* I'm sorry, but I'm not able to entertain self-pickup due to my tight schedule.

International Shipping
* I do ship internationally
* Shipping rate is @ USD16 per item. With USD5 with any additional item.
* The item will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
* The item will be shipped via POS MALAYSIA Priority Mail. It shall arrive within 5 to 15 working days.
* I'll not be held responsible for Custom Duty or Taxes.
* Should you want expedited shipment, do let me know upon placing your order.

Return Policy
* I do accept returns. Should you not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days upon receipt. The item however must reach me in excellent & saleable condition.
* I do not accept used & washed products.
* I'll refund your order minus the shipment cost.
* Return shipping cost is bourne by buyer.

Caring for your garments
Some of the materials require extra effort in caring them ie Handwash Only, Dry Clean Only.
